Galisteo Archaeology

The Galisteo Basin Archeological Protection Sites, between Santa Fe and Albuquerque, contains ruins of the Tanoan people, a Pueblo group that has disappeared culturally since the advent of Europeans. These sites are interesting for that, and also because they contain some of the most unusual rock art I've seen in New Mexico. We did the original website including all research & photography. It's in your hands now, Doug Patinka!
