Citzen's Guide to Hacking the Election

Not really public lands related, but since every election affects every public lands issue, widespread election fraud should concern those who are concerned about land stewardship.

The April 2004 issue of Harper's Magazine had a little article about how, since none of the voting machine companies will address their security flaws, the democratic thing to do is to publish a citizen's guide to hacking the election. I adapted the article to a three-minute instructional video for your viewing pleasure.
