When you go to the  store, avoid iceberg lettuce like the plague.	it's tasteless	iceberg lettuce was  bred to last forever  which is something no  good vegetable does.	it's toxic	instead buy escarole,  curly endive or some other leafy  kind of lettuce.	it's terrible
