lettuce which
is evil. You should never use it.

jerusalem artichokes, neither of which I can figure out how
to use. Any
ideas?

which is not yummy but is very
decorative.

from which you can make heavenly

which are great in dressings, even when they're not
ripe.

which liven up cookies.
